On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Textbooks purchased more than one month prior to the start date of a semester or the start date of a telecourse may not be eligible for a refund.
1. For a FULL REFUND of REQUIRED TEXTBOOKS
a. Textbooks for classes lasting 13 to 16 weeks may be returned within 10 calendar days from the class start date.
b. Textbooks for classes lasting 6 to 12 weeks may be returned within 5 calendar days from the class start date.
c. Textbooks for classes lasting less than 6 weeks may be returned within 3 calendar days from the class start date.
d. The cash register receipt must be presented to return, refund or exchange a textbook.
e. New books must be in brand new condition.
f. Used books must be in clean condition so that the Bookstore can resell them.
2. Defective books will be replaced at no charge if returned within the stated time period. If a used replacement book is not available, the customer will pay the difference between the new and used price.
3. OPTIONAL BOOKS AND ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE may be returned within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase.
4. Used Books - Buy at your own risk.
Since a reasonable amount of writing and highlighting of textbooks is allowed (excluding study guides and workbooks), please examine used textbooks carefully before purchasing them. They may be ineligible for the end of semester buyback due to condition.
5. For credit card refunds, the same credit card used in the original purchase must be physically presented to the cashier along with the receipt in order to receive refund.
Return Policy Instructions
Include the packing slip and receipt (receipt can be reprinted on the order history page) with your return. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging or in an appropriate cardboard box. Using packing material (e.g. Styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, etc) around your item(s), pack and tape your package securely. Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, FedEx, and USPS all offer this option. Insuring and tracking your package protects you as the shipper and helps ensure your shipment goes to the correct destination in the same condition it was as when you sent it. Write down your tracking number and keep it until ECC Bookstore has refunded your money. Ship your return to the following address:

Arrange for a carrier to pick up your package or drop it off with the carrier. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable, unless due to our error. No credit is given for lost or damaged packages in route to ECC Bookstore. Please insure and track your package. Returns to ECC Bookstore will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment unless a different payment option was selected. A refund will be posted to your credit card or account once your return is received and processed. Processing times for returns vary, and may take up to 30 days from the day the return is received for a credit to be transmitted to your credit card or account. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transmitted credit request.
