Refund PolicyTextbooks purchased more than one month prior to the start date of a semester or the start date of a telecourse may not be eligible for a refund. For a FULL REFUND of REQUIRED TEXTBOOKS / BUNDLES -
Defective books will be replaced at no charge if returned as soon as the defect is discovered. If a used replacement book is not available, the customer will pay the difference between the new and used price. OPTIONAL BOOKS AND ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE may be returned 5 days from the date of purchase. Used Books - Buy at your own risk. Since a reasonable amount of writing and highlighting of textbooks is allowed (excluding study guides and workbooks), please examine used textbooks carefully before purchasing them. They may be ineligible for the end of semester buyback due to condition. For credit card refunds, the same credit card used in the original purchase must be physically presented to the cashier along with the receipt in order to receive refund. American Express. Books Available for PurchaseBooks for spring semester will be available the week after the Fall semester ending buyback. Books for summer semester will be available the week after the Spring semester ending buyback. Books for fall semester will be available the week after Summer semester ending buyback. Book Buy BackFor Fall and Spring semester ending - buybacks will
be held the last week of For Summer semester ending - buyback will be held the first full work week of August (since the Bookstore is closed on Fridays in the summer, the first full work week would consist of the first week of August with consecutive days of Monday through Thursday). Buyback hours will be Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm. The Bookstore reserves the right to amend summer buyback dates due to change in semester end date. Additional summer buyback dates may also be posted within the Bookstore and around campus. The Bookstore reserves the right to limit quantities of all titles purchased during buy back. Books, which will not be used the next semester or titles which exceed the Bookstore's quota, may be repurchased at the current wholesale market value. Buyback is a service provided by the bookstore, not an obligation. Workbooks, study guides, discontinued editions, parts of set, and books in poor condition may not be repurchased during buy back days.
